maybe I didn't do a good job but if I register a new user, when I try to modify him on the admin page to give permissions..there is some probleme "undefined indexssss..."

I have them too, but I had never tried the page ! This is a work for Gweltas (who wrote this part of this unknown code) when he is back from hollidays :-)

I don't understand very well the way to follow to create new users and permissions.

for creating users, the link to page register.php is missing :-/ but you can go there (it's outside the admin panel). In the administration panel it seems to be impossible... neither permission management (for the moment).
