I've figured out a way to have the Albums menu expanded (to show all sub albums) by default, but once I installed RV Menu Tree it no longer followed this rule.  I can't find any options to have this plugin expand the menus by default, any known way?

Also on a side not, is it possible to have an automatic permalink when creating new albums?  Instead of making a new album, and then creating a permalink manually (ie just use the album's title etc)?
