Hello
When e-mail notifications are sent, there are two links at the end of the message :
To unsubscribe, click http://…
To subscribe, click http://…
those urls are made with the address used by admin when he clicked the "Send" button
For my gallery the administrator can log to http://127.0.0.1, or http://[my IPv6]
but I'd like that all the links in the e-mail were made using the base url of the gallery that is set in Configuration/Options
Is it possible, and how can I do this ?
I use piwigo 2.2.4

I was having a problem like this too, and couldn't get it to use the base URL. I modified the hosts file on all LAN computers to add something like:
192.168.1.10 pictures.mypics.com
The computer looks at the hosts file first when resolving domain names. This way, by putting the domain name in the host file it will resolve it to 192.168.1.10 but still show the domain name. Email and ecards will construct thier links from the domain name.

I was having problems connecting to my server on Kubuntu from a LAN machine when my server's firewall was active - through either my ISP assigned IP number or my domain name.
I'm using apf for my firewall. I discovered yesterday that the file, 'reserved.networks', in an apf subdirectory contained an outdated list of unassigned IP blocks that were being blocked by apf. There were many such IP blocks (they look like 185.0.0.0/8) and my IP number was included in it.
So if you use apf and are having problems with people connecting to you or with you connecting from a LAN machine using your IP number or domain name, check out that file. The updated list can be found here:
