Hello, thanks for an awesome job with Piwigo. I've decided to try it today (2.2.5) and here is the list of features, which I think would be very useful - in my case Piwigo should be a multi user gallery with pictures, embedded videos and other stuff.
If it is possible now, please tell me how can I do these:

- [Piwigo / Community plugin] - show username of picture UPLOADER with/instead of the Author

These are nice feature request, but please, create one topic for each feature request. It's just not possible to follow a topic with 4 distinct feature requests and 2 bug reports ;-)

Okay, I will divide this into several topics. As for the first request, I'll be more specific:
- Uploader should not be able to change the value of "uploaded by ..." but should be able to edit the Author field (for example if Bob uploaded his sister's photo, then everyone (registered) will be able to see "Uploaded by Bob" and "Author: Sister")

Than when you click on uploader's nick, you should go to his profile or view all his uploads.

I agree about the name thing. By default whoever uploaded the image should be listed as the author. Then if you click on the author's name you get a page of all that author's images. If you want a different named author then you can manually edit the uploaded images.

As mentioned by plg (here: http://piwigo.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p … 69#p108369) , the author is in most cases different as poster, that's why I'm suggesting a new item "Uploader", which would be useful and could be different from Author of the picture.

I would find it very useful to have this function as well. I am also running a multi user based gallery where it would be very nice to see the username of the person who uploaded the picture and also have the option of adding the name of the photographer/author. As also mentioned in previous posts, the possibility of clicking the users name and come straight to other pictures uploaded by that user would be very good. Is there any plan for any of the mentioned to be implanted or plugin created? :)
