I am not sure if anyone else is getting this error, but if I don't make sure and check the "gzip" option under the configuration I get an error on line 19 of site map.php. I am currently running v 2.3.1 along with most recent version of RV_Sitemap

Warning: fopen(sitemap.xml): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /xxx/plugins/rv_sitemap/sitemap.php on line 19

The php script does not have the permissions to write the filename, you need to change the Unix/Windows permissions to allow the php script to write the file

Silly question. What directory do I need to add the proper write access to the script?
