I transferred an entire directory from one server to another server and moved the database along with it.
Everything works like it should except the css files do not upstream...

I second that, having problems adding tags to photos in admin page, it gives me wanrnings and no tags added

where should I look to fix it? Is it something missing? Permissions on that folder?
