2) Screenshots

Piwigo gets a mobile theme, automatically loaded when visitors browse the gallery with a mobile device (iPhone, Android...). The theme "SmartPocket" can be switched off by the visitor if he prefers to browse your gallery with the "classic" theme.
New action in the Batch Manager: you can move photos into another album. The "move" action is equivalent to actions "dissociate from all albums" + "associate to album". We have also added an option to create the destination album if it doesn't exist yet.
You can define a sort order for user comments, oldest first or latest first. In the gallery, the visitor can also switch from one option to the other with a simple click.
The "Piwigo Uploader" screen is replaced by a more general "Applications" screen including pLoader, Piwigo Mobile for iOS/Android, iPhoto, Aperture, Lightroom, Shotwell, digiKam, ReGalAndroid.
The administration menubar was redesigned to include icons and reduce lost space.
We have redesigned the ergonomy to configure photos sort order: new labels, new options.
The administration screen for each photo gets a new design : a single form on the whole page and tab to manage "center of interest" (related to crop for square thumbnail)
New design on album list manager: the action links only appears when the mouse is hover.
New design on album list manager: when you have moved an album by drag and drop, a button "save manual order" appears.
New design on album list manager: the album creation form is only displayed on user demand.
New design on album list manager: the automatic order form is only displayed on user demand.
New default theme "Elegant": grey colors, simpler design, less borders.![]()
New default theme "Elegant": with a simple click you can show and hide the menu.
New default theme "Elegant": the photo page (changes to come in next release candidates)

I tested the mobile view in Dolphin browser on my Sidekick 4G, Android 2.2.1, and it did great - automatically detected that I was on mobile. I then switched to viewing it as a normal website ( http://piwigo.us/beta/24/index.php?/mos … bile=false ) and it also was viewable.
I could not zoom in mobile view by finger spread. I could zoom in, then out, with double touch but it was a bit dicey - half the time it didn't work, since a single touch usually brought up the menu and it was hard to exactly time the double touch.
I could swipe the screen to get to the next or previous photo.
Also, once I viewed it as a normal webpage, I couldn't get back to viewing it in mobile view until I entered http://piwigo.us/beta/24/index.php?/mos … obile=true .
I also tested it on my Kubuntu desktop system and it was the same as my phone.

Although I can see and change the image size in the gallery, when I try to access 'Multiple Size' in the Admin menu to change the settings I get an 'Internal Server Error'.
This error has happened in the past when there is a problem with a Plugin or other part of the software scripting.
Is there a bug, or is it a problem on my hosting server.

Hi all,
I have a question about the watermark function
There are several approaches to integrate this:
.) Overlay (selectable between thumbnail image or both)
.) fix burn on the image
.) or only visible when the image is downloaded
Which way did you choose?
I would be very happy if you can choose 1-2

Basically I suggest you to see by yourself. ^^
But the new idea is to say like Lightroom "we've got the original picture and all the other pictures are generated dynamically/on need" So the original picture is never altered and the others are just more or less temporary copies. The watermark is a customizable picture of course.
