What are the effects of adding IPs to the blacklist? These IPs continue to appear in the divers lists but for the greyed string "Add to the blacklist".

Are the counts and percentages per pictures and per categories purged from the blacklist IPs?

Is there a way to list only those IPs that are not on the blacklist?

Maybe I am only too blind to see the settings in question.
