Updated to 2.3.4, and now can't get any themes to work.  One page in admin "Themes" looks correct, the rest of the pages look like this:

Hoping this is an easy fix, I'm not a Linux guru by any stretch of the imagination.  I've tried changing themes around, logging out, back in... No joy.

Help?
