With Piwigo 2.3 (the one you use right now) you have to add a few CSS rules to adapt the display. With theme dark, use LocalFiles Editor and paste this:

.content ul.thumbnails span.wrap2, .content div.thumbnailCategory div.description {height:310px;}
.content ul.thumbnails span, .content ul.thumbnails span.wrap2 a, .content ul.thumbnails label, .content div.thumbnailCategory div.illustration {width:310px;}

With the upcoming Piwigo 2.4, this should become automatic.

You can resize thumbnails at any time.

1) screen [Administration > Plugins > Manage], activate LocalFiles Editor
2) screen [Administration > Plugins > LocalFiles Editor > CSS]

That's right.

To enlarge thumbnails:

1) go to screen [Administration > Photos > Batch Manager]
2) in the Filter section, remove all filter and add the predefined filter "All"
3) in the Filter section, click on the Refresh photo set button
4) in the Selection section, click the Select [...] The whole set link
5) in the Action section, select Regenerate Thumbnails and change the settings the way you want
6) in the Action section, click on the Apply action button
7) look at the progress bar and wait

Yes, you have to refresh the page in your web browser.

much better now :-) I applied the CSS rules in LocalFiles Editor.

trying to do same, make thumbnails larger ,followed the procedure above but get nothing
