Nice! kiddy-admin, what do you think about translating files for newsletter subscription? (it is a set of 9 small files) Once done, we will open registration for a newsletter in Russian :-)

kiddy-admin, I've received your translated files and integrated them in the newsletter subscription form. I've used a trick because the encoding was not obvious for me:
for rufile in $(find . -type f) do iconv -f WINDOWS-1251 -t UTF-8 -o ${rufile}.utf8 ${rufile} mv ${rufile}.utf8 ${rufile} done
I've updated the http://ru.piwigo.org/basics/newsletter :-)
Next step : upgrade the newsletter subscription URL inside Piwigo itself.
Thanks a lot kiddy-admin!

Hi kiddy-admin,
Don't you want that we create ru.piwigo.org? I'm 100% OK for this. Recently we have added cn.piwigo.org (china).
I completely agree with both of you. First web developers try to ease of the traffic and web users try to find a product in their language simply by adding country domain after the company's name.
EXAMPLE:=> piwigo.ru
BUT, all you have to do is create and index page on piwigo.ru with automatic redirect to ru.piwigo.org.
I think this is so far the best and easiest way for both developers and users.
