Hi everybody,
I'm the one delivering the plugin BingMaps.
This is my first attempt to delivering a plugin for piwigo and my first attempt to development with PHP.... So i've made a lot of mistakes and i want to apologize about that.
For those of you who have downloaded the plugin and want to make the update, you will encounter some problems :
- For version before 1.3, upgrade will remove all your data (data linked to the plugin not all your piwigo data obvisouly),
- For version 1.3, after the upgrade it will be not possible to save configuration in admin page ...
One of the reason of this mistakes is that I use a provider who blocked access to piwigo repository. So i could not test upgrade by myself. For that I needed some other people ...
Now, i've uploaded a v1.3.1 that, I think, remove all this issues.
But, to get it correctly, you need to remove any previous version of the plugin on your site (and lost all your data ... beware to back them up before ...) and reinstall this new version.
After that, I think everything will be allright.
If anyone have tried and could keep me posted of his experience, that will help me for the future :)
Again, I apologize
psli

I installed your plugin in V2.3.4 of Piwigo and hav a problem.
When I open Bingmaps admin page after activating it I get an error
Invalid Credentials - Sign up for a developer account at microsoft.
Why is that happening?
Also. do you have any instructions giving guideline as to what to enter in the Bing Maps Key box on the admin page?

Hello psli,
you remind me when I did my first plugin : that was my first time learning Php advanced and mysql too ^^
I've made so many basic mistakes too..
I might suggest to put the mention BETA in the description and the version number
