The link generated by the "TweetThis" plugin does not work.
Here is an example tweet :
Lumière divine http://www.photoparanoid.orgpicture.php?/1276 via @Photoparanoid
Seems a '/' is missing between the site url and the page.

but what's weird is that I never force the url, it's generated by Twitter API

can you make a test, replacing the content the main.inc.php file by this
http://piwigo.org/svn/extensions/TweetThis/main.inc.php
?
(and go to admin->maintenance to purge templates)
