PHP Parse error:  syntax error, unexpected '"', expecting ')' in /var/www/piwigo/include/cssmin.class.php on line 34

This happens near the beginning of the installation process, and before initial installation info screen is displayed.

In this forum post, http://piwigo.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=19700, the user had a similar error doing an upgrade, so tried that fix, but the problem is not resolved, possibly because config.php is not running up to this point.

Btw, I already did a successful installation in a different environment, and like your system very much. The failure occurred in our production environment, which is still running the older version of Centos for hosting reasons.
