how can I load a mp4 video by ftp?

the server is on my notebook now, I can copy the video file to the "gallery" on my server

should I creat the thumbnail file of mp4 video by myself?

I try to it

but . it can not play,,,,,,

who can show me the detail operation guide?

Then, in 2.4 use pwg_representative folder
