can you tell us what version are involved ? (piwigo, random header and GThumb)
after looking the error log, seems like GTumb is the error source, it might need a deinstall/reinstall.
but first i'll try to reproduce the bug with the versions involved

All versions is the latest available.
Piwigo 2.3.4 and 2.3.5.
GThumb+ 2.3.h
random header 2.2
Removed and reinstalled several times.
Here is screenshot of the settings window GTumb. I changed the settings, but this form is restored again.
