Fatal Error message

Tags: [error, installation]

Hi, I received this message: "Fatal error: Call to undefined function community_get_user_permissions() in /home/newlades/public_html/gallery/plugins/uploadt1menu/main.inc.php on line 36" after updating a plugin. How can I correct it?

in FTP delete the folder plugins/uploadt1menu/

then install Community BEFORE Upload1Menu

After following the steps posted above, now my page won't be found.  Shouldn't I reinstall the programme? Will it allow to override the previous installation and correct itself?
