Many of the standard themes use a table based method to decorate the edges of the content portion of the generated page. Many of the generated pages do not properly create the table elements when using these themes. The pages I have identified so far are:
The Guestbook page from the Guestbook plugin (it tries, but gets it wrong.)
The Contact Form page from the CaontactPage plugin
All of the pages under the Menu menu from Advanced Menu Manager
There may be others
Oddly enough the Specials menu pages do seem to work.
Using
Piwigo 2.4.3
Ubuntu Linux 12.04
Firefox 14.0.1

Hello
Pure_* themes use table and according to you, plugins don't use the custom template of thesethemes

Yes, the Pure_* themes show this problem, but so do the OS_* themes. The problem appears to be that the table technique is supported in some places but is not supported in other places.
I feel that if this technique is going to be an allowed way to create themes, then it should be supported in all places including plugins. However, if it is not going to be supported, then it should be officially deprecated. Having legitimate themes that do not work properly under some conditions makes our sites look unprofessional.
That said, it would be a shame to loose some of these themes, they are good looking themes, and there just aren't that many to choose from.
Thank you,
