[cat=xx] album thumbnail Extended Description

Hello
I'm using Piwigo 2.4.5 with stripped , I'm using extended description plugin tags on my pages and I find it every useful, but there is a little problem with the tag [cat=xx] , in additional pages sometimes it doesn't work properly. it does'n show the album thumbnail as expected. any solution for this problem?

Yes I'm using extended description plugin version 2.4.e and it is active, I use same tag( [cat=xx] )in PWG Stuffs too and it works great, but in additional pages sometimes it doesn't work correct and it doesn't show the album thumbnail. thanks

it's a known problem

it's origin is a lack of functionnality in Piwigo : find the representant of an album that fits albums/photos permissions (without context, which is not the case in common navigation)
but it's a bit complex, so not done
