The Virtualize Plugin does not check for correct permissions in the /galleries/ directory, prior to executing.

I found out the hard way... I let my users upload pictures to the /galleries/ directory, and then I do a Local Synch. But I wanted to move the users to /upload/ for flexibility of the Albums. But the Virtualize plugin uses the httpd daemons user context, which meant it was not able to move the files (i.e. Permission Denied). Doing a 'chown' in the galleries directory seems to resolve the problem, but it would be better with some sort of warning or permission check, prior to executing the plugin.
