But where exactly can you change the speed of the slider and do more coding changes without going to the actual file directory bowels of your hosting?

Hope editing for these codes are just on the dashboard of an admin user. The CSS edits there doesn't even show the original defaults, so if changes happen, how can it be replaced back also?
