I'm creating a new theme based on the default Sylvia theme and am going for a transparant / glass look. Everything is almost complete apart from a couple of elements that I can't seem to change.

.categoryActions &  .navigationBar

I want to change font color and add a transparent background but the only reference to these elements is in the /local/combined directory and the filename keeps changing.

The elements are not located in the theme.css I am using and adding them does not alter or affect their appearance. They still show up in files like e031loc.css in the /local/combined directory.

Any ideas how to actually add / change these items?
