Hi all,
I've done significant work on my website for google seo and the website is ranking nicely, however I've logged into bing webmaster tools and it's identifying php one of my top keywords, after some investigation it looks to be the links it's picking this up from.
I.e index.php?/categories
Does anybody have any experience in how to resolve this, this doesn't seem to be an issue with google.
Many thanks
Paul

I don't know how it would impact your current ranking in Bing (and Google), but you could get rid of the ".php?" part by using URL rewriting; the forum has several threads about it.

Thanks Kaare, as you stated there are a few threads covering this which I've since discovered.
I'll be looking into making some changes tonight, it would be nice if this was the default setting though rather than having to implement a work around. Maybe I'll raise a request
Cheers

Sorry but we won't patch anything because a search engine is too dumb.
Hopefully it doesn't take the domain extension .com .net etc as a keyword , because we would have to patch Internet itself
