I am sorry to ask, but I tried to look for the answer and didnt find it.

I want to allow many users to upload pictures (from their phones and camera's for a wedding) but it appears like they must be full fleddged admin's do to this?

Is there a suggested solution?  Can I upgrade a user who only appears to be able to view and comment or downgrade an admin so that they are only able to upload and not do other accidental nasty things?
