It would be nice to have a addon that makes it possible for a registered user to upload a photo, data, tags to an album of choice without going into the administration. Maybe nice to have admin approval or not. Choice from existing [made by admin] tags from a list.

P.S. It would be nice to have a easier installation process with choice of plugins. Nice to have a more verbose explanation of what a plugin does for non-techies.
