I just noticed something peculiar on my test installation. I rated a picture with 5 stars and the rating score displayed ONLY '4.43 (1 rate)'. I would assume it ought to be a 5, unless piwigo is subtracting some calculation fees. A second rate with 5 stars only brings the score to 4.64. Why is that?
I also noticed that the '1' in the German translation of '1 rate' (Bewertung) is missing. More than one ratings are displayed fine.

Piwigo implements a complex rate calculations based on the total photo number, the photo age, etc.

OK thanks, so a two part question:
Are there any further information, something to read about that complex calculation?
Could it be possible, without too much to do, to change the display on the picture page from the rating score to the average picture rating?
