I have reviewed the tour "Privacy". Overall I think it's very good. I hope we will simplify permissions in a future version (so that this tour will be simplified too). Here comes my remarks:

1) we should remove any info related to permissions in the "first contact" tour :

"Certainly, one of the most important page is the permission page..."
"As you can read in the Help of your Piwigo -link at the top right-, album permissions are set by groups and users."
"Here you can set the current album as private, then grant access to users and groups...."

2) .... and move one step in the "Privacy" tour :

"Important fact: on public side, permissions apply to webmasters..."

3) the step 23 "Curently Privacy Levels are hard coded..." is very very advanced and I strongly encourage to avoid modifying $conf['available_permission_levels'] because remote software won't know you have specific permission levels... So I would like to delete this step.
