Short -

Would it be possible to set an image as an 'Album Thumbnail' yet hide it from being displayed inside that album.

Long -

I have an album with many Images and one extra image for its thumbnail. I have set that image as thumbnail, now however when I open that album I see that extra image inside as well.

When I try to remove permissions from that extra Image so that the users can't see it, the album thumbnails also goes away.

When I try to move it to another special album for thumbnail and associate it with my albums thumbnail the extra album also appears in the list.

So it there a way to that ?
