Is there anyway to add keywords/tags to albums instead of pictures?

I did a search and found someone else had asked this, but there was no reply.

I did the menalto2piwigo migrate and it transferred all my tags, but the albums were tagged, not individual pictures. So I have 200+ orphaned tags
