Hello,

so are there any limits to the amount of:
  o  images
  o  albums/categories
  o  tags

that I can add into Piwigo, that a dedicated budget server (dual core, 8GB DDR3) can handle without
performance issues coming up? I know, the amount of load from visitors is also a crucial factor, but
my question is more about any design limitations where the db will start to slow down?


For example if I would add in the coming 2 years up to:
* 100.000 photos
* 2000 albums/categories
* 200-300 tags
would that be within the planed design of the db ?

If anything was unclear, I'll try and clarify any questions or missing infos.

EDIT:
Additionally, I do find the smart album plugin super useful, due to the
flexible way to generate albums.

Is this plugin low on the performance on the server resources
with the above mentioned amount of images/albums/tags ?
