What do you suggest to remove urls with medical spam?

Hi
grab the ZIP of Piwigo and and transfert everything on your website by overwriting files. This will make sure there is not crap code in your installation.
also check local/conf/database.inc.php and local/conf/conf.inc.php for suspicious code
AND CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS (webspace, FTP, database, Piwigo admin)

I found the encrypted code in my site. (inside plugins.inc.php and a new file named picture.php)
I could not understand how they can have it inserted.
I am not an expert in php and if anyone is interested, I can post the code found, to try to prevent such attacks.
