Checking for existing generated sizes of an image

Hi,

I have a quite important question to which I haven't found an answer anywhere (seems to me I must have been looking poorly tho).

When Piwigo generates multiple sizes of an image, does it check, whether or not the sizes aren't generated already? I am now running generating of sizes for 3k images, which means 9k different files (fiddled with the settings and managed to delete all the thumbnails and stuff xD) and I'd be very delighted if I could just pause it and then restart it tomorrow.

Very much connected to this is - would it be possible to create some tool that would be able to run it on server without the need of browser opened? (I do have SSH access to the server).

Sorry for kinda two questions per thread.

Thanks a lot for answeres,

edison

Re: Checking for existing generated sizes of an image

Yes. As far as I know, Piwigo is checking for already existing pictures. Please see my question http://piwigo.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=26490

I am not aware of a function to create these images without the need to do it via the browser.
