I've just startet with piwigo and I love it :) Thanks to all who contributed.
Today I've decided to organzize my access rights by album and not by picture.
So I need to:
1) change the access rights for all already imported photos and videos
from "Adminstrators, Family" to "Adminstrators, Family, Friends, Contacts" or to "everybody".
2) configure a default so that all new imported pictures and videos will have this access right.
I'ld be able to write a sql statement but I doesn't find this informations in the piwigo database tables.
Piwigo version: 2.8.6 (I believe:)
PHP version: 5.4.45
MySQL version: 5.5.45

I've looking for this the whole day. Just after sending the posting above I found the solution:
In the adminstration under Pictures is a topic called "Stapelverarbeitung" (batch execution)
There I can filter/found all my pictures and on the botton of the page I can select "Wer soll dieses Foto sehen können" (Who should could see this picture).
