Allow users to upload
Hi
I want my users to upload photos they have taken, without full admin rights.
Can this be done?
Piwigo version: Latest
PHP version: 7.0
MySQL version: ?

Is there a way to allow users to use the drag and drop upload feature? It seems I can only access that via the administration page, while via the gallery menu option "Upload photos" I only get an oldschool "select files" popup.
