Hi

I don't have mediainfo and ffmpeg installed but they are both NOT required. I have videos folder with video inside also pwg_representative folder as instructed thumbnails inside. So if I don't need mediainfo why I get instead playing video error

Mediainfo error reading file. Is MediaInfo install? Is MediaInfo in path?
Is the video accessible & readable, Try to run the command manually.
mediainfo --Full --Output=XML --Language=raw './galleries/Video/myvideo.mp4'
