Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I am receiving the following error while trying to change the configuration of my Piwigo program. I log in as admin, go to Administration, then Configuration, then Options. I want to change the name of the banner. When I go to save the changes I get the following error.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /photos/admin.php on this server.

The permissions are set for all folders to 0755, and for all files to 0644. So I have read and write permission as adminstratior to all  folders and all files.

Can anyone give me a reason why I am getting the above error? And where are the configurations written?
