[resolved] How to install a plugin manually

Hello!

    Piwigo 2.9.1
    Operating system: Linux
    PHP: 5.6.31-1~ubuntu14.04.1+deb.sury.org+1
    MySQL: 5.5.55-0ubuntu0.14.04.1
    Graphics Library: External ImageMagick 6.7.7-10

I wonder how one can install a Piwigo plugin manually after downloading a zipped archive file? I'm aware of installing plugins only via Piwigo admin panel --> plugins. Is there another way if plugins can be downloaded as ZIPs...?

I think I found a solution online...I have to unpack the ZIP into "Plugins" folder and there would be a new sub-directory in which there would be all the files and folders of the plugin. And then this plugin will appear in Piwigo admin panel in its
"Plugins" section where it can be activated.
