Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I need to display all albums in home page regardless of private/public/locked. But when the user clicks it has to say "Not authorized" based on his permissions set up.

I am not a PHP developer but knows lil bit. If you help me where to change the query or code I will try to manage myself.
