image sometimes not loaded (warning triangle), loads upon refresh
I'm sometimes getting a warning triangle instead of an image, which disappears after a refresh.
Any idea what might be wrong or how to diagnose?

Hello
that means that there is an issue with javascript since the code launches the thumbnail generation -which succeed- but is not getting an answer so it displays the error picture
