Hello,
I'm using User Custom Fields with Piwigo 2.9.1 and the theme Bootstrap Darkroom.  When I add two custom fields, they show on the page Username > Customize, however the Submit Button that is normally there is now missing.

A second issue is the the checkbox on the 'Registration' page becomes very large when using this plugin.

Can you fix these things please?  I'd love to use this plugin if these things can get fixed.
