Photos in "Home" (root) album?
Is it possible to add (physical) photos to the Home (i.e., root) gallery? I've put some photo files under /piwigo/galleries but the Synchronize doesn't pick them up. As soon as I put them under a folder (/piwigo/galleries/test) they are found.
Are you only permitted to have albums at the root level? No big deal if you can't, I just hadn't tried/noticed this before.

no you can't
you need at least one album
But you can achieve what you want by setting the Flat mode as the default index page

Ok, thanks. It was just something I was playing with while working on debugging my plugin to add the ability to move albums back to the root level. I just hadn't tried putting photos at that level yet. Guess I don't need to worry about it. :)
