Moving users and their favourites to a new gallery!

Hello,

I am in the middle of changing hosting companies and cannot afford to have the site offline. so i have purchased a new domain and a fresh install / setup of piwigo gallery.
i have around 150 registered /active user in my gallery, i was wondering if there is a way of moving those registered uses and their "favourites" to the new gallery without having them to register again or me manually doing it for them.

thank you in advance for your prompt reply!

Re: Moving users and their favourites to a new gallery!

I have switched hosting companies before, and the new one offered to migrate my site. I just gave them the password and they took care of it. It might be worth asking about.

Barring that, you'll have to move your Piwigo SQL database yourself. I imagine there must be a tool for that, but I've never actually tried.

export the database, download files, import database, upload files, *check the database id* and that's all in 99% of the cases
