different authorization levels for images in the same album

Is there any possibility to have different authorization levels for images in the same album?
•Piwigo 2.9.3
•Operativ system: Linux
•PHP: 5.6.31 (Visa info) [2018-02-27 07:05:38]
•MySQL: 5.5.5-10.1.30-MariaDB-1~xenial [2018-02-27 07:05:38]
•Grafikbibliotek: GD bundled (2.1.0 compatible)

But i have a group for My Users named registered and I cant choose that group from that menu.
I can only choose admin ,family etc
