Hi,
there is an error with the Prune Histrory Plugin.
After activating it and clicking on the left sidebar to make the settings i am presented with:
Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template file 'themes/default/template/include/datepicker.inc.tpl' in '/var/www/web1133/html/piwigo/plugins/Prune_History/admin/template/PH_admin.tpl' <-- thrown in /var/www/web1133/html/piwigo/include/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_template.php on line 139
I guess this is why the datepicker.inc.tpl is not in the directory:
themes/default/template/include/datepicker.inc.tpl
It is in:
admin/themes/default/template/include/datepicker.inc.tpl'
Quick workaround is to copy the file in to:
themes/default/template/include/datepicker.inc.tpl
After that the error message is gone.
Cheers
Ralf
Piwigo version: 2.8.2

Hi,
Strange I never noticed this before... It's a bad path set in the plugin, not in Piwigo files path. You should let a copy of datepicker.inc.tpl in the original place.
Thx, Ralf. I'll fix this as soon as possible.
[edit] Fixed in plugin version 2.7.3 [/edit]

Hi,
seems like the pugin does not work with 2.9.
In functions.inc.php it looks for the column 'summarize' which no longer exists in 2.9.
Are you planning an update for the plugin?

Hi Ralf,
I checked column 'summarized' in Piwigo's history table and it's still exist. I'm running the plugin with the lastest Piwigo version without any problem.
Do you see any error message when using Prune History ? If yes, after what action does it appear and what is the error ?
Maybe your piwigo's history table is corrupted ?

Hi,

that the summarize column ist not used since 2.9.
Maybe it is still there if you updated from versions prior to 2.9.
I am on a fresh 2.93 install and there is no summarize column.
The error I see when doing a manual prune:
'the column 'summarize' does not exis' or somethon similar.
If I comment out the where clause in functions.inc.php manual prune works.
My guess:
Piwigo installs which are updated from versions prior to 2.9 still have the column in the database.

Well, you're right.
I missed this issue and my Piwigo galleries (4 at this time) in the latest version still have the "summarized" column. Sadly something has gone wrong on updates from previews version :-/
I'll publish a new version of Prune History as soon as possible.
[edit] New version 2.7.4 is available. Please tell me if it works [/edit]

Hi,
thanks for the update - works like it should do.

Is using the plugin's automatic prune much different from Piwigo's internal autopurge, apart from the date range vs line oriented approach?
I guess if both are active then the more narrow definition wins, correct?

Hi,
that is my understanding too. The plugin is time based.
The Piwigo automatism will work on a 'per line' logic with a default of 1 Millions lines kept in the table.
