warning message on website

G'day folks

I am getting this message at the top of my webpage, can anyone tell me what causes it and how can I get rid of it please.

This question has already been answered. Please do a search first before posting.

In fact, if you google the problem, you will find it is not related to Piwigo.

1) If it has been answered, then a link to the issue would have been appreciated.  Not just saying "its been answered"
2) I did a search and it did not come up in the search, that is why I posted it.
3) My first port of call was the forum as it only happens on the Piwigo page.  I thought that is what the forums are for. 

I thought problem solving, and issues could be solved on the forum, and that "helpful" people would assist with issues.  It appears as though it is not as helpful as I anticipated.
Blunt answers are not a reflection of helpfulness !
