Hello,

New to Piwigo but happy to have found it. I'm using the iOS app and I receive the following error when ever I try to add any photos.

Upload Error - Could not upload your image. Error: The request timed out.

Interestingly enough, when I refresh the album, the photo is there. This error prevents me from uploading multiple photos at the same time as I have to dismiss the error for each photo.

I have a relatively tech-ignorant family that I'm trying to set this up for. I'm afraid this will be a deal breaker if I can't get it fixed.

Hi MaestroJAL,

For some reason, your server does not reply to the iOS app as expected. Can you please contact me directly and provide a temporary access to a test album so that I can look at error logs?

I tried to email you using the link in profile page and it said I didn't have permission. Then I used the email in your profile and it was returned unsent. I don't see a way to direct message here in the BB. Is there another way to contact you?

cryopad - Thanks for your testing! It gave me the answers as to what was happening on the server. This was in no way Piwigo or the iOS app's issues. Somehow SSL had become really messed up on my server. After straightening this out, Piwigo's uploads work like a charm.
