When I follow the link you mentioned, I can´t change anything.
I´m logged in a a "translator", and the reference language is English but on this site it says, "you don´t have the necessary rights to edit this file"
Please take a look at the screenshot.
Sorry for discussing this so long, but when I have no rights to edit there seems to be a problem in my profile as a translator?
