Hello/Hi/Greetings,

After hours setting this thing up, I was able to connect using the IOS app and began uploading photos to my album.  Shortly after that, I was disconnected and now I can't even access the page.  I get Error 503 Service unavailable. 

Running MySQL 5.7, PHP 7.4, IIS 10, and latest Piwigo build.  From my local server connecting from localhost:port, I still get 503 and can't tell what's failing.  I've restarted all services, rebooted, any help with this would be appreciated.
