Reason of white screens with previous installs...

FTP transfer !!!

I don't know why but you have to distribute you files in binary mode.
For example: Fillezilla + Transfer + Transfer type : Binary

I installed finally phpwebgallery and alone :-)
File mysql.inc.php has content now:

How do you mean? "Drop all tables before via phpMyAdmin...": I am not able to get to phpMyAdmin...:-(. I tried http://www.hostuju.cz/phpmyadmin/ and without solution...:-(. I think, I am beginner in this area of interest, but maybe because I have windows and you have maybe linux...

PhpMyAdmin is a tool. It's your provider that give you the access.
No relation with the operating sisteme.
Try with first username/password that gave you your provider to access to your web space.

Try with the same user/password to access to PhpMyAdmin or ask to your provider to give you a new password.

John, currently you've a pb to access to phpMyAdmin...
We can't do something for you. Only your hoster can do.
