Did you installed phpwebgallery in a folder "pictures" and moved all later to your website root... ?

"pictures" is the root drive for this domain.

OK, so I re-re-uploaded the css stuff... it seems to be working but I still have a boat load of broken links...??
Apparently it's better but not solved, we have a lot of stuff to make up your gallery.
For example: I tried to register. And ran register.php but it doesn't exist.
1 - So re-upload all main directory php files.
2 - Re-upload all the "include" folder except mysql.inc.php (Important: keep this file as it is now).
3 - Could you tell me the previous level of your gallery?
I hope the upgrade process ran with all files because if some were missing it will be bit harder to check and resume each step.

Notes: Some php files exist already like profile.php, tags.php, identification.php or search.php and others are missing like comments.php, notification.php, or register.php

Thanks... I re-downloaded the entire package from your website and re-uploaded it to my site... then did a "beyond compare" [which is a wonderful tool for this type of thing] on the whole kit-en-kaboodle -- it now matches your package download...
However, I still am having problems with the video... I wonder if I did one of the mods on the old site which now is missing?
Hummm...
Any Ideas?
Thanks for your help...

That's totally normal.
You need to install a plugin.
Look for "Charlies content".
Download.
Unzip.
Upload its folder in ./plugins/ directory.
Admin + Plugins + Administration +
Find "Charlies content" : Install and Activate
Videos need thumbnails like a any picture. (Create TN-bhal-blah.jpg in thumbnail folder).
Synchronize.
Charlies content will do the rest for you.
Read main.inc.php to understand how that works.

I ran the charles thing and synchronized...
It deleted all the video???
Video is an important element of this site...
BTW: I thought you might like these stats as to the total size of the site... this represents five years of my kid pictures... I use it for the grandma/grandpa's [and aunt/uncle's/ cousins] who live in diverse locations. This was the only program that gave me the flexibility to organize the pictures as I wanted ... with multiple cross categories of the pictures...
